Buckie Thistle are featured on the centre pages of issue 28 of  "Nonleague Today"  (February 17th 2008 ) a weekly national newspaper which  covers all of Britains non league football.

The groundhopping reporter was hopping mad "Harry the Hopper" who made the journey north in an eleven hour drive to arrive at Victoria Park Buckie for the Jags recent league match against Lossiemouth which the jags won 3- 1.

The article includes a colour photograph of the pitch, with a light covering of snow on it and gives a very detailed view of the ground, the facilities and of both the fans and the Jags club officials (both who recieved a 10 out of 10 rating at the end of the article).

"Noneleague Today" is a great read at a cost of £1.50 and is available from all good newsagents.  Harry finished off by saying "It was good to get somewhere totally different for a match and I thank Buckie fans and officials for their friendly welcome and hard work in getting this game played ".
