Jamie Shewan -- recovering in hospital
Buckie fans favourite Jamie Shewan is today in Raigmore Hospital in Inverness, recovering from a broken nose which he recieved in yesterdays away match against Inverurie Loco's.
Jamie was accidentally booted in the face by a Locos player in the first half and despite this and a delay of almost five minutes he played on during the match.
On arriving home Jamie had a problem as his nose would not stop bleeding, so he was immediately driven to Inverness Hospital where the situation has now been stabilised and he was due to have his nose reset today (Sunday).
Jags Manager visited his player in hospital this morning and said "I was in seeing Jamie this morning and typically he is in good spirits. We knew that he had a problem at half time and wanted to take him off, but he insisted that he wanted to play on, his commitment as usual is tremendous and he is a real credit to the club. He is hoping to get home tomorrow and knowing him he will soon be itching to get back training".
