Jags Striker Craig hits the Top Twenty

Craig MacMillan's two goals against Brora Rangers on Saturday meant that he is the first Buckie player in 17 years to score twenty goals in a season.

Buckie Thistle Historian and Programme Editor, Easton Thain, today confirmed that Craig MacMillan is the first Jags player to score 20 goals in one season since David Galbraith in season 1991/1992.

Jags Manager, Duncan Shearer, today said "there was never any doubt in my mind that Craig would score 20 goals plus a season for us thats what we signed him for.  I am just surprised that he hasn't scored more that 20 already but with 7 games still left I know that Craig will be looking to add several more to his tally in the run in".

"Craig has been a vital part of our success this season scoring a number of really important goals, turning possible draws into wins."
