Buckie boss Duncan Shearer was pleased with Saturday's match at Culter.  He said "it was a good workout, I was impresed by Culter who have a tidy set up and I must say that their pitch is excellent.

They are a good side and you could see why they have won the league for the last four years.  In my opinion they would more than hold their own in the Highland League and would probably be a mid table side.  Full credit to Bobby Gray!

We had good performances today from everyone, especially Brian Neill, Stephen Bruce, Paul Lamberton, Tony Low and Spider did well when he came on in the second half.

We created a good number of chances during the match but unfortunately for us Darren Strong was in top form.  He got a good workout for the full ninety minutes."
