The Jags starting line-up showed seven changes from last weeks game at Forfar.  In came Strong for goalkeeper Main (who was unavailable), also starting were Duncan,Davidson,Matheson,Angus,Low and Edmond. They replaced Main,Small,Good,Macrae,Napier,Urquhart and Bruce.

Conditions at The Haughs were blustery,Low and Neill linked up well in 16 minutes and Hamilton laid the ball off to Matty Edmond whose shot was saved well by Buchanan.

On the half hour Macdonald crossed to Brian Neill whose header went wide,and King had a goal disallowed for Turriff.

Turriff went ahead in 63 minutes when ROBBIE ALLAN was put clear and shot past Darren Strong.

The Jags were level on 70 minutes when a penalty was awarded,Angus had his shot blocked with a hand and ANDY LOW stepped up and put the ball into the corner of the net.

Turriff scored the winning goal seven minutes later when Strong misjudged a ball into the box and ROBBIE KING had an easy job of scoring.

Robinson hit the bar for the Jags late on and Neill went close but Turriff held on to win.

Summary- A dissapointing performance and match,the Jags management decided to change last weeks side to give everyone a run-out and will certainly have learned a lot from this match.
