MANAGERS COMMENTS
Buckie Thistle just edged out the home side in an evenly-balanced match at Grant Street on Saturday.
Buckie manager Gregg Carrol said: "Clach missed a few chances before we opened the scoring.
"At 2 - 0 we were coasting but we stopped playing, allowed Clach back into it and the Lilywhites might feel a bit unlucky not to have taken something out of the game."
Clach manager Iain Polworth said: "There was very little between ourselves and Buckie but yet again we paid a heavy price for missing four or five chances we created before they scored a minute before half-time.
"You just can't afford to give any team a lead, although we did manage to score through Chris Ross and if there had been another 10 minutes we would probably have gone on to take something out of the game."
Donnie Munro's header from a Paul Napier cross a minute from the interval handed the visitors a lead they scarcely deserved, and when Craig MacMillan tapped in his 15th goal of the season two minutes after the restart the points seemed secure.
However, Chris Ross handed the home side a 79th minute lifeline and Jags had to withstand a late siege to seal their victory.
