FULL -TIME 3-2
SUMMARY -This was a really exciting match, Formartine will obviously be dissapointed at losing - when two goals ahead at half-time but they look a good side who will give problems to a great number of teams in this seasons Highland League.
For the Jags it was all about the second half and Jags manager GREGG CARRROL must take a lot of the credit for making brave and postive changes to the Buckie side. Murray, Charlesworth and Brown all played well when coming on, in fact the whole Jags team played really well in the second half.
The sponsors choice for "Man of the Match" was Paul Napier, but it must be said that the Jags latest signing - Graeme "Spider" Stewart was excellent in midfield and Kris Angus at right back also had a great game for the Jags.
There were 5 great goals in this match with Buckie's first two from Munro and Napier being early contenders for "goal of the season".
Next up for the Jags is AWAY to BRORA RANGERS - next Saturday (22nd August) in the league, followed by another match against yesterdays opponents - HOME v FORMARTINE UNITED on (Wednesday 26th August) in the Aberdeenshire Cup, come along and support the Jags in both matches.
