News upate at 2pm on Friday 1st January 2010 - Tomorrows home match v Brora Rangers has been CANCELLED due to a snowbound pitch, it had been hoped that the thaw which we saw 2 days ago would continue but it has not and further snow showers today have left the pitch once again covered in snow.

The club has made a decision on this early - also considering the condition of the roads throughout the north and with the weather forcast also being for further freezing temperatures and snow showers overnight.

The meeting which was arranged for tomorrow to give Jags fans a say on the proposed "pyramid system" has also been CANCELLED and the club will now seek the views of supporters at a later date.

PLEASE NOTE - the Vicoria Park Funtion Hall WILL STILL BE OPEN THIS SUNDAY (3rd January) for the LIVE OLD FIRM MATCH - CELTIC v RANGERS (kick off time 12.30pm).  The hall will be open from noon.  We look forward to seeing you all there and having a new years dram and the craick, as usual membership cards must be shown to gain admission, membership application forms for the hall are also still available.
