In the Jags second pre-season friendly they beat a newly promoted, to the second division, Forfar side.  The first half saw a goal from Stephen "Marra" Bruce just before half time with Kevin Main hardly troubled in goals.

The second half saw a much more forceful Forfar side thwarted by a few good saves from Des Strong and then a penalty awarded to the Jags which Craig Macmillan slotted into the net and Martin Charlesworth made it three to show a good win again for a Buckie side which played well.
