its never nice to loose a manager,(well i think) but i feel that we hav a had a good season, but we became a little inconsistant towards the end. but i would like to thank BIG Shearer for what he has given the club and the supporters over his reign. Best of luck to him.
but who ever the board decide to take the club forward, i will back them all the way.

Good to see the Jags back on the winning trail athough it seems with a generous slice of luck to help them.
Hope the game against Cove goes well next week as a draw is no good to either team. Fitness problems?
By: toonieschooler on 14/04/08, 04:04

FIDDLER
By: Fiddler on 24/03/08, 19:28
Shame that Lewis is not in the squad for the trial match at Viccy Park.
Good result at Kynoch inasmuch as it sputs a spoke in Cove's push although it Keeps Keith well in the mix. We'll need to beat them with a couple of goals when we meet at KP as tehir GD will be superior to ours if the continue to win the games they have in hand.
Vale too looking good, wi Chiz in particular hitting another couple of goals last night.
Hawaaaaay the Jags!!!!

Well done to the team, the Gows and the Quards were two hard games against the nuthin to loose end of the league. Its pleasing to the Mean Greens that the team is digging in to the last to get the results, nae Mary Deckers, or Spivs at the Jags. Its the Richt Wy or nothin at this club. Away the Jags.

Happy to see Tin Can Toon Man, Stuie is alive and well. He really enjoys gie'in the Forres home boys s good kickin' when the opportunity arises. Keep it up Stuie!!
On the home front, great news re. Martin Johnston, a bit of quality like him won't go amissin, wi the experience he's gleaned; hope there's no injury problems wi him.
Good to see that the Forces of Darkness have been snubbed, although wi Vale and Locaes in the running, we'll hsve to present a good case.
By: bridei on 23/01/08, 15:44

a' the best for the clach gammie, but keep yer een on Keith at the back o' ye; they're aye ploo'in awa 'n churnin' oot the results.
By: fifejag on 13/12/07, 10:53
the game last night btween the jags 19;s and the vale, didnt deserve to end in a 2-0 defeat to the jags. a penalty, and a confusion between the keeper and the full back were the effect of their goals but we hit post and should have had a penalty ourselves. any way good to see the youth development players comming up. as bck put on a 14 year old fro the under 15s side.
unlucky jags n heeds up

Hopefully we will see you on Saturday and hope you enjoy your day out.
Cheers
Iain

Well done for last night lads. You did all the Buckie support proud
By: Sinky on 15/11/07, 18:23
The Jags spank the Thomas the Tanks and some. As Dave Edwards says in the P and J brilliant display. I had to go to Oban to work, but I got the result of the net at Mscaully,s Bar. Its the watering hole of the Oban Celtic [shinty] they ken all about the famous Buckie Thistle. So the lads gave a rousin chorus of its a Grand Old Team, [bit timmy[ but the Mean Green guys would have loved it. Your in my Heart, away the Jags.

That performance on wednesday night "SUPERB", watching the lads running rings around that lot "FANTASTIC". On that form the jags should be frightened of no/one.

Congrats to Buckie on being big enough to name opposition players as their mam of the match, although they would have been hard placed to find a home player on saturday. Maybe tonight !!!
By: baz on 15/08/07, 10:29
Felt after getting off to a good start maybe against the run of play we were dominated by them in midfield. There front two were far quicker and worked much harder than ours and they always played the ball out of defence through midfield while we horsed the long ball. Still Wednesday is another game so good luck to the lads

The Deveronvale game was not as good as the Broch game, was hoping that Buckie would give the vale a good run for their money. Buckie never really got started after their first goal had been scored, fair doos to the vale they played good enought to beat us. Hopefully marra will be fit for the trip to Banff so we can stuff them in the league which will help us even more in oor hunt to win the highland league!

Fearsome display by the Jageroonies today. Neill, Low and Macdonald were outstanding and the rest of the side were just behind. Three points against the Broch is always hard to gain, but we did it in style.

Great to see the new site up and running. Well done to all concerned. Another refreshing improvement in the march forward. With the onfield signings the manager and committee have made we will be well placed to challenge this year, starting 4th August. Bring it on.
